"COSEHDA" "COMMITTEE ON SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND HEALTH DEVELOPMENT ASSAM" was established on 2nd May 2006. The organization is registered under "Society Registration Act, XXI of 1860 (Reg. No. RS/GOLA/239/B/08). Simultaneously the organization has also received Govt. Of India's Income Tax registration no. under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act 1961, Memo No.39/12A(a)/CIT/GHY-1/2O12-13/3255.57 Dated-20-11-12, and under section 80G of the Income Tax, 1961,Memo No.65/80G(5)/CIT/GHY-1/2013-14/2427-33 and thereafter FCRA registration, PWD Act Regd. And Domestic Violence Act registration. Right from the inception, the Society helps the community by serving the poor through implementation of various programmes for development of the Society. The registered office of COSEHDA is at Jayanagar, Sixmile, Guwahati-22 Assam. The Society has 10 (Ten) Executive Members, General Members, Office bearers, field staffs and large number of voluntary workers.
